These Genesis Membership Terms (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) and LeBern Limited, trading as Genesis Network (“Genesis”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By clicking “I Agree”, submitting your application, or processing payment, you acknowledge that:
You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Genesis Membership Terms.
If you do not agree, do not proceed.
1. Membership Tiers
Members may join under the following tiers:
Founding Core Membership
- £1,800 per year (fixed for life).
- Available before 1 January 2026 only.
- Guaranteed minimum equivalent value.
Core Membership
- £2,200 per year.
Executive Membership
- £4,000 per year.
- Includes Executive-tier hospitality benefits (see Schedule).
Genesis may update tier benefits annually, with equivalent value.
2. Billing Cycles
Members may select:
- Yearly: Full annual fee.
- Half-Yearly (6 months): 50% of annual fee + 5%.
- Quarterly (3 months): 25% of annual fee + 10%.
Billing cycle chosen at sign-up forms part of these Terms.
3. Term & Renewal
- Membership starts on acceptance.
- Automatically renews based on your billing cycle.
- You must provide 30 days’ written notice before renewal to cancel.
- Payments already made are non-refundable.
Founding Core Members commit to a 2-year minimum.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees must be paid in advance for each billing cycle.
- Payment must be via approved recurring method.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or termination.
- Pricing may be reviewed annually; Members receive 30 days’ notice of changes.
5. Confidentiality
Members must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business insights, communications, and Member information obtained through Genesis.
This obligation continues after membership ends.
6. Member Responsibilities
Members must:
- Behave professionally and respectfully.
- Uphold Genesis’ reputation and values.
- Follow venue rules at events.
- Provide accurate contact and business information.
7. Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment
Genesis maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Discrimination
- Intimidation
- Excessive intoxication
- Behaviour harmful to the community
Genesis may remove any Member at its discretion for breach of conduct without refund.
8. Ethical Networking & Non-Solicitation
Genesis encourages positive collaboration. Members may:
- Partner with other Members
- Refer business
- Engage commercially when invited
Members must NOT:
- Aggressively pitch or spam
- Harvest or export Member contact data
- Cold-sell without invitation
- Promote competing communities
- Poach Members or staff
- Use Genesis events for mass prospecting
- Host competing masterminds/clubs
This clause applies during membership and 24 months after termination.
9. Intellectual Property
All Genesis materials, branding, media, and content belong exclusively to LeBern Limited.
Members may not copy, distribute, or exploit Genesis IP without consent.
Contributed content grants Genesis a royalty-free licence for promotional use.
10. Image, Likeness & Media Use
Members grant Genesis permission to use event photography, video, name, and likeness in Genesis:
- Media
- Website
- Social channels
- Marketing
Members may opt out via email, with reasonable processing time.
11. Events, Hospitality & Travel
Members attend at their own risk. Genesis is not responsible for:
- Travel or accommodation costs
- Third-party fees
- Personal injury or loss (unless caused by negligence)
Executive Tier receives hospitality benefits as listed in the Schedule.
12. Corporate Membership
Corporate Members may:
- Nominate one primary representative
- Send guests to events (conduct responsibility remains with the corporate Member)
Additional representatives may incur fees.
13. Refund Policy
Fees are strictly non-refundable, including for:
- Event changes
- Missed attendance
- Termination due to misconduct
- Lack of usage
Refunds apply only where legally required or if Genesis terminates without cause.
14. Non-Compete (Strict – 24 Months)
For 24 months after leaving Genesis, Members may not:
- Establish or assist a competing paid membership network
- Host competing masterminds, business clubs, or similar communities
- Replicate Genesis formats or event structures
- Solicit Members to join competing groups
15. Member-to-Member Dealings
Genesis is not responsible for:
- Partnerships
- Transactions
- Deals
- Losses
- Disputes
These occur entirely at Members’ own risk.
16. Data Protection
Genesis processes personal data per UK GDPR for:
- Administration
- Operations
- Communications
- Marketing (where consented)
- Member introductions
- Sponsor opportunities (opt-out available)
17. Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable unless Genesis approves in writing.
18. Force Majeure
Genesis is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather.
19. Variations
Genesis may update these Terms by posting updates to this page with 30 days’ notice. Your continued membership constitutes acceptance. Founding Core fees remain fixed.
20. Dispute Resolution
Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Genesis.
